  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices, terms, and quality for goods and services.
  • Coordinate with department heads to determine purchasing needs and specifications.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Verify and track deliveries, ensuring all items received meet required specifications and quantities.
  • Maintain an organized system of procurement records, including supplier contracts, price lists, and purchase histories.
  • Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships for consistent and reliable sourcing.
  • Ensure compliance with budget constraints, internal controls, and procurement policies.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on price trends and new vendors.
  • Collaborate with accounting for invoice reconciliation and timely payments.
  • Address and resolve any supply issues or delays that could affect resort operations.
  • Perform periodic audits on supplies and report discrepancies to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer, Procurement Assistant, or similar role (experience in hospitality or resort setting preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and capable of handling confidential and sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
