About the role

The Buyer (Supply Chain Associate) will support the growing procurement demands of Maayo Leisure Group, covering both hospitality and medical operations. Based in Mandaue City, Cebu, this full-time role ensures efficient sourcing, purchasing, and coordination across multiple affiliates to maintain smooth operations and cost-effective supply management.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle end-to-end procurement activities for hospitality and medical requirements
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Maintain and monitor inventory levels through effective procurement planning and ERP systems
  • Research, analyze, and forecast market trends and materials to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments and external partners to align purchasing activities with operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards

What we're looking for

  • Preferably with experience in supply chain or procurement (hospitality or medical industry an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office and procurement ERP software
  • Strong negotiation, research, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic, multi-affiliate environment
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong initiative and willingness to learn
