PCon International Corp., the first manufacturer of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks and panels in Luzon under the brand EcoBloc, is looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Promote and represent EcoBlocks AAC products to clients and partners.
- Identify potential leads and build strong customer relationships.
- Assist senior sales executives in client meetings, site demos, and presentations.
- Prepare and maintain basic sales reports and documentation.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced industry.
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
