ENERAL JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

An Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth. Their role involves understanding client needs, promoting products/services, and ensuring excellent customer service. A successful Account Executive will possess strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and adept at navigating sales processes.

EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS/ LICENSES

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, or related field

YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE AND/OR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of (2) years' experience in sales or account management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their business goals and needs
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research and networking
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring terms meet both client and company requirements

Customer Service and Support

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
  • Follow up with clients to gather feedback and implement improvements based on their input
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure contract renewals and customer retention

Product Knowledge

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products/services and stay updated on product enhancements
  • Provide product training to clients to ensure they maximize the benefits of their purchases

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor industry developments and competitive landscape to adapt the sales approach as needed

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, expense reports, and other administrative documents as required
