We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Supply Chain Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Conduct client needs assessments and present customized solutions.
- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to deliver solutions.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on sales performance.
- Continuously learn and adapt to industry trends, sales strategies, and market changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in related field
- Proven track record in account management, customer success, or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Experience in the supply chain, logistics, or related industry is a strong advantage.
