As a Remote Administrative Partner, you will proactively support senior leadership across our three functional organizations — G&A, Business, and R&D. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
You'll handle complex calendar management, domestic and international travel logistics, and coordination of internal and external meetings — all while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the executives you support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior leaders (Director, VP, or C-Suite level).
- Manage complex calendars with accuracy and sound judgment to optimize productivity.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Plan and execute internal and external meetings, including logistics and documentation.
- Anticipate and proactively respond to changing priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners across multiple time zones.
- Support critical meetings and events as needed, occasionally outside standard hours.
- Adapt quickly to new tools and technologies, especially in AI-driven productivity solutions.
- 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar operational role supporting multiple leaders or teams.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn Asana, Slack, and Mac systems.
- Experience managing multiple time zones and complex scheduling needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Professional demeanor, composure under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- 8+ years of experience supporting senior leadership (Director, VP, or C-Suite).
- Previous experience in the tech industry.
- Strong ability to adapt to dynamic environments and shifting priorities.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in emerging productivity tools and AI technologies.
