The Spanish Support Agent provides support to customers in both English and Spanish through voice, chat, and email channels, resolving concerns with professionalism and cultural understanding. Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support role, preferably in a multilingual environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Experience handling customer inquiries through voice and/or non-voice channels.
  • Comfortable using support platforms, internal systems, and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and systems efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php60,000.00 per month
