Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spanish Bilingual professional, located in Cebu. The role involves providing exceptional support and communication for Spanish-speaking clients across various channels, including calls, emails, and live chat. Additional duties include translating and proofreading Spanish text, assisting with documentation, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with performance standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English communication
  • Experience in customer service, including managing inbound/outbound calls, email support, and live chat
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail in translating, proofreading, and preparing documentation
  • Technical proficiency with CRM software and other relevant systems is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with team members and clients
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs and willingness to take on new responsibilities
  • At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
