About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team at AUREUS MANPOWER & CONSULTANCY CORP'. In this full-time role based in Pasig City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling a variety of inquiries, and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective customer support

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in the use of computer systems and software, with the ability to navigate multiple applications
  5. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
