What You'll Do

As a 
Spanish Bilingual Representative
, you'll bridge communication between English- and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring excellent service and support in all interactions. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with clients, patients, and referrals.
  • Handling 
    inbound and outbound calls
     in both English and Spanish, addressing patient concerns and inquiries.
  • Initiating outbound calls to follow up on patient requests, verify information, and assist in processing healthcare documentation.
  • Assisting patients with understanding healthcare products, services, and benefits.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient and client records, including demographics and documentation.
  • Coordinating with healthcare providers, doctors' offices, and facilities to ensure smooth communication and accurate information flow.
  • Supporting the billing process by ensuring all required information is properly documented and forwarded to the billing department.
  • Completing necessary reports and documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Performing administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and record reconciliation.
  • Performing other duties as required to support the team's operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish
     (verbal and written) is required.
  • Experience in a 
    healthcare account, BPO, or customer service
     role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Willingness to work 
    on-site
     and follow 
    US business hours
    .
