About the role

B.O.B. Performance & Accessories Inc. is the official distributor of RCB, UMA Racing, and Solfili in the Philippines — trusted brands in motorcycle parts, performance, and accessories.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Supervisor who will support management in overseeing the company's sales performance, marketing initiatives, and operational execution.

This role ensures alignment between departments, monitors key business metrics, and helps drive efficiency and growth across sales and marketing operations. It's ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic coordination and hands-on leadership.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise daily sales and marketing operations to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze business data to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams on product availability, promotions, and campaign implementation.
  • Oversee order processing, inventory coordination, and dealer engagement.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, trade activities, and brand events.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales, marketing results, and operational updates.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for productivity and efficiency.
  • Support management in implementing company policies, programs, and performance initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, marketing coordination, or supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation/reporting tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Background in the motorcycle, automotive, or distribution industry is an advantage.
