ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sales Supervisor oversees field sales operations within a defined territory. Core responsibilities include strategic planning, team leadership, performance tracking, and daily operational management to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning - Develop and apply sales plans for the assigned area to boost revenue, expand distribution, and improve collections in line with company goals.
  • Leading - Guide, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer engagement.
  • Organizing - Manage and allocate available resources, including personnel, tools, and territory coverage to ensure efficient execution of business plans.
  • Controlling - Performance oversight thru implementation of systems that use key performance indicators and metrics to track business results, promote accountability, and support ongoing operational improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
