B.O.B. Performance & Accessories Inc. is a leading distributor of high-quality motorcycle parts and performance accessories in the Philippines, proudly carrying Racing Boy (RCB), UMA Racing, and Solfili.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive Assistant to the Country Manager who will provide both administrative and operational support while helping drive sales and marketing initiatives.

This role works closely with the Country Manager in monitoring business performance, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting strategic activities to strengthen our brand presence nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Country Manager in monitoring sales performance, marketing campaigns, and business reports.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on targets and deliverables.
  • Prepare presentations, sales summaries, and performance dashboards.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives, events, and promotions.
  • Manage the Country Manager's calendar, meetings, and communications.
  • Handle confidential reports and provide updates on project timelines and key activities.
  • Participate in research and analysis of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Perform other duties related to business operations and management support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, executive assistance, or business operations.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; knowledge in CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Interest in motorcycles, automotive parts, or performance accessories is an advantage.
