About the Role

B.O.B. Performance & Accessories Inc. is the official distributor of Racing Boy (RCB), UMA Racing, and Solfili in the Philippines — trusted names in motorcycle parts, performance, and accessories.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist who will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams to ensure efficient coordination of sales operations, accurate reporting, and excellent customer support.

This role requires strong coordination skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales Team.
  • Prepare and update sales reports, inventory summaries, and performance dashboards.
  • Coordinate with dealers, retailers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and validate sales transactions, purchase orders, and customer accounts.
  • Assist in tracking sales targets, commissions, and marketing promotions.
  • Support the preparation of marketing materials, events, and product displays.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate product and pricing information to customers.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of sales activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
