Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end business operations for our Columbia Candies and Montosco principals in Bataan | Zambales. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency across sales, logistics, and trade execution. The Operations Manager will lead teams to achieve sales objectives, maintain optimal inventory and distribution performance, and uphold merchandising and customer service standards.

The position requires strong leadership in coordinating with various departments, driving process improvements, and ensuring business profitability and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations related to Columbia Candies and Montosco product lines within the Bataan | Zambales area.
  • Ensure achievement of sales, distribution, and collection targets through effective coordination with the Sales and Logistics teams.
  • Monitor route efficiency, product availability, and trade execution to maintain high service levels and market visibility.
  • Implement merchandising standards and promotional programs to strengthen trade presence and brand performance.
  • Supervise warehouse and delivery operations to ensure accurate inventory control and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Review and manage account receivables to minimize overdue accounts and ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Analyze operational reports and market trends to provide actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Drive process improvements and compliance with company operating standards and policies.
  • Coach, develop, and evaluate team members to enhance individual and overall operational performance.
  • Coordinate closely with principals and internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, HR, and Admin) for aligned business strategies and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in FMCG operations, distribution, or sales management, preferably handling multiple principals or brands.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in operational planning, inventory management, and trade execution.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within Bataan and nearby areas.
  • Results-driven, decisive, and adaptable to a fast-paced business environment.
