Production Supervisor

Santa Maria, Philippines Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. Full time ₱200,000 - ₱400,000 per year

Supervise and monitor the day-to-day production process;

Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and do necessary machines adjustments,

if needed;

Responsible for shift production scheduled to include the production line-up, raw materials' availability and

supervise and work station assignment;

Supervise production workers in the production line to ensure the safety, quality and productivity;

Coordinate and communicate to Production Head and other shift supervisors;

Adjust work procedures to meet production schedules;

Prepare and update daily raw materials consumption;

Ensure shift paper world are updated daily;

Train, motivate and coach new workers and trainees;

Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems;

Evaluate production worker's performances;

Ensure standard operating procedures are properly implemented;

Report on scheduled shifting duty (Day shift or Night shift);

Submit monthly delivery and retrieval report.

Submit weekly delivery reports.

Prepare Weekly Progress Report (WPR).

Daily, Weekly and Monthly Inventory count

Other duties as assigned.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Must be a graduate of any 4 years Business course or Engineering related Course.

Experience : With or without experience.

Special Skills : Must be a computer literate. People Management Skills

Industrious &Trustworthy.
