COMMERCIAL SALES SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.

Ability to promote and expand products to commercial businesses.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Goal-oriented and proactive.

Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and collections from customer.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day commercial sales operations within the assigned areas.

Resolve team conflicts and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Address client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present sales reports to management, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reviews.

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Monitor territory coverage, products consignment and outright sales to commercial business partners.

Keep a high level of knowledge about products.

Ensures proper monitoring of the Commercial Stock Levels in coordination with Warehouse & Sales Secretary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php30,000.00 per month
