About the role

As an F&B Supervisor at THE RITZ HOTEL AT GARDEN OASES, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's food and beverage department. This full-time position is based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, where you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth running of all food and beverage-related activities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel
  2. Ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  3. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for necessary supplies
  4. Handling customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  5. Assisting in the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions
  6. Preparing staff schedules and overseeing employee performance
  7. Collaborating with the management team to improve overall operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
  5. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
  6. Knowledge of menu planning, food and beverage trends, and inventory management
  7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
