POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

REPORTS TO: VP/Head of Business Services

SALARTY RANGE: PHP 50,000.00 TO 55,000.00

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related course.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resource management, with at least 2-3 years in the construction or related industries.
  • Experience managing HR teams and developing company-wide HR policies and strategies.
  • Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and workforce planning in construction industry with project-based or blue-collar labor.
  • Adept in all facets of HR
  • Extensive knowledge with Labor rules and regulations
  • Process and result-driven

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
  • Over-all in charge of the HR Department - Recruitment, Timekeeping and ComBen, Labor Relations and Compliances, Employee Engagement and Relation, Performance Management, Training and Onboarding;
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
  • Ensures Manpower requirements of the organization are served on time;
  • Ensures timekeeping and payroll compliance;
  • Ensures all mandatory employment regulations compliance;
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program;
  • Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management;
  • Responsible in resolving employees' issues and handling complaints to protect the general interests in coordination and approval of the Management;
  • Nurture a positive working environment;
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
  • May conduct team building activities, training and seminar;
  • Develop HR plans and programs including training, implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • Ensure implementation, evaluation and improvement of QMS related to your function is being regularly monitored;
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be instructed or assigned from time to time by the General Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
