Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Payroll Support & Compliance:

Ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll processing by validating compensation data and maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

·       Benefits Administration:

Manage the enrollment, communication, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, allowances, and retirement plans.

·       HR Budget Planning & Management:

Develop and monitor HR-related budgets, including both payroll and non-payroll components, aligning with overall financial and workforce planning goals.

·       Compensation Analysis & Benchmarking:

Conduct market research and internal analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures that attract and retain top talent.

·       Annual Salary Review Support:

Assist in coordinating the annual salary review process, ensuring consistency with compensation frameworks and company objectives.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field


• 6-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits or a similar HR function


• Proven experience with payroll processing and benefits administration


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP)


• Familiarity with HRIS systems


• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism


• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail


• Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented


• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
