We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage our Human Resources department. The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions—from recruitment, employee relations, development and compliance, to compensation and benefits administration. The role includes preparing the bi-monthly payroll register (every 15th and 30th), managing leave and attendance monitoring, and supervising one HR associate. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of driving HR initiatives aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's objectives
  • Supervise and mentor 1 HR associate to ensure efficient execution of HR tasks
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Prepare and finalize the payroll register every 15th and 30th of the month, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Administer compensation and benefits, including government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and HMO
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance, tardiness, and leave balances
  • Handle employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Lead performance evaluation and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government reporting requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Analyze HR metrics and make data-driven recommendations to leadership
  • Organize employee engagement, recognition, and wellness programs

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in an HR managerial or generalist role
  • Strong background in payroll processing and government compliance
  • Experience in leave and timekeeping management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS tools (e.g., Sprout)
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
  • HR certification (e.g., CHRP, PHR) is an advantage
