Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
- Manage performance appraisal processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fair evaluation practices.
- Facilitate effective employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and strategies that support business objectives.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training development and delivery.
- Strong background in performance management systems and techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
