Email and Community Manager

We are looking for an Email & Community Manager to lead our email campaigns and manage online learning communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and manage email campaigns that increase engagement, retention, and conversions.
  • Manage and grow online communities for course participants and members
  • Develop strategies to keep members active, including discussions, updates, and ensuring members receive timely communication and guidance.
  • Track engagement metrics, provide performance reports, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing communities for courses, memberships, or digital programs.
  • Strong background in email marketing, including automation, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with community platforms like Skool, Circle
  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is preferred; familiarity with other email platforms (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and content creation skills.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of paid ads strategy and management.
  • Permanent WFH setup
  • Independent Contractor agreement and graveyard shift

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
