This role requires a professional who can manage administrative tasks while assisting in marketing strategy execution , content management , and client engagement.

Executive Support :

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Handle emails. calls, and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.

Enquiry Pipeline and Client Support:

  • Manage the enquiry pipeline by tracking incoming leads and client requests.

  • Responds to enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring consistent follow up.

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to move enquiries through pipeline.

  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on pipeline status.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns ( social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding.)

  • Manage and update company social media accounts and ensure consistent branding.

  • Draft, proofread and schedule posts, newsletters and marketing materials

  • Preparing Sales Statistics and Reports
  • Creating and distributing Release Communications and Newsletters
  • Event Management, including timing and deadlines.
  • ·Drafting and maintaining Email and Contract Templates
  • ·Communicating with clients via calls and emails
  • · Preparing various business reports
  • Supporting the Company in tasks related to business growth and operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
