Position: Sales Manager - Operations

Work Set-Up: On-site | Shifting/Flexible Schedule - Night shift

Location: Pasig City

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics
  • Manage key accounts and foster long-term partnerships with customers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and KPIs to drive informed strategies
  • Oversee sales operations: forecasting, reporting, CRM utilization, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and product teams to align initiatives and maximize impact
  • Conduct client touchpoint to monitor performance and capitalize on opportunities
  • Train and develop team members, and oversee staffing structures for optimal performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing and Management or any related field (MBA is a plus)
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in industry-relevant settings (IT/BPO)
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets and growth metrics
  • Strong leadership, team coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.) and sales analytics tools
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
  • Customer-focused, persuasive, and capable of building strong internal and external relationships
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and capable of building strong internal and external relationships
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed
