Role Description
The Sales Manager is directly responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets across all market segments. Key tasks include developing and executing data-driven sales strategies for client acquisition, analyzing market trends to expand JRS's market share, and creating value propositions to secure B2B negotiations and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management and other related field of study.
- Experience in logistics industry or related field is a plus
- At least 5 years experience as Sales Manager or any related position is required
- Experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategic planning
- Proficiency in setting and achieving sales targets and analyzing sales data
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
