Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pasig. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include networking, negotiating contracts, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth client onboarding, and tracking performance metrics to achieve business growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including market research, networking, and negotiation
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Pasig
