Accounting/Purchasing Associate

Accounting Duties:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Processing of CA liquidations
  • Maintain organized financial records and audit-ready documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

Purchasing Duties:

  • Research and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and maintain PO records
  • Track and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers
  • Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage purchasing needs
  • Handle returns, discrepancies, and supplier issues
  • Maintain accurate vendor and purchasing records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting and/or purchasing roles
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., ODOO AND XERO) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of procurement procedures and financial principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
