Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience related to Purchasing Management or Procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Job Description:

  • Daily updating of purchasing reports.
  • Execute of regular bids and purchasing transactions.
  • Review PRs submitted through MS Flows PR System.
  • Identify best purchasing method to use to obtain most competitive and advantageous price.
  • Prepare and issuance of Request for Quotation (RFQ) and/or Bid Documents.
  • Prepare of Bid Tabulation Report (BTR) for endorsement to appropriate approvers.
  • Issuance of signed Notice of Award (NOA) and/or Letter of Regret (LOR) to suppliers.
  • Monitor of on-time deliveries and payment processing of suppliers.
  • Liaises between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments, and customers.
  • Maintain and update the List of Accredited Suppliers/Contractors on a regular basis or when necessary.
  • Performs tasks assigned by the immediate superior/management.

  • Area of Assignment: CHG Head Office - 6th Avenue, Caloocan City will move to Rockwell Business Center, Mandaluyong
