Job Summary:

The AR Associate will assist in managing the company's accounts receivable, supporting the collection of payments, updating records, and preparing reports. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and develop a career in accounting or finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and update cash position.
  • Deposit cash and checks.
  • Prepare checks as approved.
  • Check purchase orders against accounts receivable.
  • Update AR remarks/status based on remittance.
  • Prepare and monitor credit memos.
  • Monitor and update payments and remittance receipts.
  • Prepare delivery summaries and report total sales.
  • Update delivery dates of sales/delivery invoices in the system.
  • Receive and record checks/cash remittance.
  • Assist in transmitting sales/delivery documents to collectors and monitor collections.
  • Prepare AR aging reports.
  • Send sales data to relevant personnel.
  • Assist in processing government filings, payroll, or E-credit.
  • Update bank statements.
  • Assist in sending purchase orders for approval and distribution.
  • Prepare check summaries for Finance approval.
  • Audit delivery summaries.
  • Provide withholding tax documents to Finance.
  • Sort monthly reports.
  • Assist in finalizing monthly financial reports.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate (Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
