QUALIFICATIONS:
- College level or graduate (any course, preferably Business/Admin related)
 - Experience in administrative work or documentation is an advantage
 - Computer literate (MS Office, email, basic encoding)
 - Organized and detail-oriented, can handle documentation and filing
 - Good communication and interpersonal skills
 - Can work under minimal supervision
 - Can start ASAP
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Documentation and Renewals
- Handle all documentation requirements of the PETC.
 - Monitor and process renewals of permits, licenses, and other compliance documents.
 
Administrative Functions
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, record-keeping, scheduling, and reports).
 - Provide support for smooth operations of the center.
 
Encoder Assistance
- Assist encoders with technical or procedural concerns.
 - Ensure proper coordination between encoders and admin for efficient workflow.
