Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of any hospitality, food, or culinary-related course is a plus but not required

  3. Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (espresso, brewed coffee, etc.

  4. Good communication and customer service skill

  5. Basic math skills (for cash handling and recipe measurements)

  6. Attention to cleanliness and hygiene

  7. Ability to work efficiently during peak hours

  8. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

  9. Can stand for long periods

  10. Team player, hardworking, and dependable

Preferred:

  1. TESDA NC II in Barista, Food and Beverage Services

  2. Experience with POS systems

  3. Knowledge in latte art or specialty coffee is an advantage

Job Description:

  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (e.g., espresso, brewed coffee, teas, blended drinks, etc.) according to company standards
  • Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee station, equipment, and dining area
  • Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and packaging materials
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Handle cash and process transactions accurately
  • Assist in opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and cleaning
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Support the team in creating a welcoming and efficient environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12, Php13,000.00 per month
