We are looking for 2 skilled and passionate Baristas to join our team If you have a love for coffee, enjoy creating memorable customer experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced café environment, we want to hear from you.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to company standards
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating area
  • Manage stock levels and assist in daily inventory checks
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assist in café opening and closing duties

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of barista experience in a café or coffee shop
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
  • Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle peak-hour pressure
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic latte art skills are a plus

Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
