Qualifications:

1. Must be atleast a graduate of any food or business related course or has a TESDA certicate related to the job.

2. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.

3. Knowledge of daily operations, including inventory control, scheduling, and staffing.

4. A deep understanding of both front-of-house (service, customer relations) and back-of-house (kitchen, food safety) procedures.

5. Willingnessto learn new responsibilities and adapt to new situations is key.

6. Positivity, professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and a proactive approach is required. if you believe you have the skills, experience, or potential to be successful in the role.

7. Train and mentor new baristas, lead team meetings, and supervise staff to ensure they are following policies and procedures.

Job Description:

1.Ensure all drinks are prepared to the highest standard, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. This includes monitoring coffee quality and managing equipment maintenance.

1. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment. Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.

2. Maintaining cleanliness and operational standards, and providing technical guidance on coffee and equipment.

3. In-depth knowledge ofcoffee beans, roasting techniques, and brewing methods is essential. Experience in cupping, blending, is highly valued.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12, Php15,000.00 per month
