Specific Job title/Position: AVP, Collections
- Graduate of Bachelors' Degree
- Willing to work ON-SITE in Cebu (Hybrid – Once- twice a month required onsite work to attend Connection Day; Day 1 is onsite for HR Day)
- Amenable to work on a Nightshift schedule: 8:00PM to 5:00AM PHT
- At least 2 years' experience in financial services collections, operations, or customer service; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a call center environment, including direct management of people managers, with demonstrated strengths in data analysis and team development.
- At least half of career experience is with Collections, People Leader;
- Open to consider a Senior managers that leads at least associates
- Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
- Can Start asap
