Collections Operations Director

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee large-scale collections operations and manage senior managers and team leads to ensure delivery against business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large collections operations with a team of 100–150+ associates.
  • Drive operational performance to achieve targets, compliance, and client SLAs consistently.
  • Coach and develop senior managers and team leads to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
  • Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives to improve collections efficiency and results.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
Requirements
  • At least 50% of career experience in Collections (BPO/Shared Services).
  • Proven experience as a People Leader managing 100–150+ associates.
  • Current or former Senior Manager/AVP in Collections.
  • Cebu-based/local candidate for onsite leadership role.
