Collection Operations Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned collection operations expert to oversee large-scale collections teams, manage senior managers and team leads, and drive business results through effective strategy execution.

This is an ideal role for a strategic leader who can balance hands-on execution with leadership development, ensuring delivery against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage high-performing collections teams (100–150+ associates) to achieve operational excellence and business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance collections efficiency, improve compliance, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop senior managers and team leads to strengthen the leadership pipeline and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives to improve business results and drive growth.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory and quality standards, ensuring a strong reputation for our organization.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 50% career experience in collections (BPO/Shared Services) with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven experience as a people leader managing large teams (100–150+ associates) with a focus on talent development and retention.
  • Current or former Senior Manager/AVP in collections with a deep understanding of business operations and strategy.
  • Cebu-based/local candidate preferred due to the nature of this onsite leadership role.
