ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is seeking an experienced Architect to support their clients in creating conceptual project designs and building accurate, detailed base models. This role requires strong Revit proficiency and proven experience collaborating with US clients across project phases. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a proactive, dependable attitude and a commitment to high-quality design.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform the following design and modeling tasks:
  • Model existing spaces from point clouds to develop accurate, detailed base models
  • Create conceptual project designs that are functional, thoughtful, and well-coordinated
  • Produce complete permit document sets, including plans, sections, elevations, and details
  • Exhibit technical expertise and ensure quality assurance through the following:
  • Apply advanced Revit skills for design, modeling, and documentation
  • Help maintain quality control, ensuring designs comply with codes and align with project goals
  • Support detailing development and contribute to continuous process improvements
  • Perform the following collaboration and client interaction duties:
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients through all project phases
  • Work effectively with US-based clients, adapting to project standards, communication styles, and expectations
  • Respect collaboration and foster clear communication within the team and with external stakeholders
  • Perform the following innovation and problem-solving responsibilities:
  • Challenge assumptions and bring fresh perspectives to improve workflows and outcomes
  • Identify and resolve design or coordination challenges

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of architectural experience, managing projects from design through construction
  • Proven US client project experience is required
  • Familiarity with the International Building Code and commitment to staying current with codes and standards
  • Strong expertise in Revit for design and documentation is also required
  • Experience modeling with point clouds for as-built and design coordination
  • Ability to produce high-quality renderings in Lumion
  • Excellent communication skills, including comfort with video calls and remote meetings
  • Strong detailing skills and eagerness to strengthen them further
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and integrity
  • A proactive, reliable, team-first attitude with strong ownership of outcomes
