Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs.
  • Prepare CAD drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare progress reports when required.
  • Support in the preparation of plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings for construction.
  • Help ensure projects comply with local building codes and standards.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Senior Architect or Project Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect or board exam passer / pending license preferred.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and detailing.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in design or construction firms is an advantage.
