About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Designer with at least 3 years of experience working on US-based civil engineering or land development projects. The ideal candidate is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiar with US design codes, standards, and documentation practices. You'll support the engineering team by preparing accurate site layouts, grading plans, and infrastructure designs for various project types.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and develop civil design drawings including site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and road networks.
  • Generate 3D models, surfaces, and profiles using Civil 3D.
  • Interpret survey data, design criteria, and specifications to produce accurate plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP designers to ensure design consistency.
  • Assist in preparing construction documentation in accordance with US standards (AASHTO, DOT, ASTM, etc.).
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and provide technical support during design and documentation phases.
  • Maintain organized CAD files and adhere to company drafting and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in civil design/drafting for US-based projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with InfraWorks or Revit is a plus.
  • Familiarity with US civil design codes and standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design tasks.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
