BlankSpace Industrial is a trusted provider of industrial machinery solutions for commissaries, health, and beauty manufacturing businesses. With branches in Marikina and Cebu, we help entrepreneurs and enterprises scale production efficiently through reliable, high-performance equipment.

We are seeking a Sales Manager who can lead our growing sales team, drive strategic growth, and build long-term relationships with key clients in the industrial manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline for industrial machinery across both B2B and distributor accounts.
  • Conduct accurate sales forecasting and report regularly on sales performance, trends, and projections.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key market segments within the health, beauty, and food production industries.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to create promotional campaigns and product launch strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and pricing strategies to keep BlankSpace Industrial competitive.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for management.

Qualications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in industrial or B2B machinery sales (experience in commissary, health, or beauty equipment is a strong advantage).
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, reporting, and digital selling tools.
  • Willing to travel between the Marikina and Cebu branches when required.
