Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cold chain logistics industry, targeting key sectors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and volume targets.
  • Generate qualified leads, create proposals, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including supply chain managers, procurement heads, and business owners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates for management review.
  • Represent the company in industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of sales experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in cold chain solutions.
  • Proven track record in new business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network within relevant industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented; thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Willing to travel as needed for client visits and business development activities.
