Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead formulation and development of new food products or improve existing ones
  • Prepare and maintain complete technical and regulatory documentation for FDA registration and product approval
  • Ensure products comply with local food safety standards (BFAD/FDA Philippines)
  • Conduct and support internal audits and assist during external food audits
  • Work closely with QA/QC teams to implement and monitor food safety programs
  • Prepare technical specifications, SOPs, and product labels aligned with FDA and industry standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related sciences
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in R&D or related field in the food industry
  • With food tech background & Experience with finished goods (food snacks and RTD)
  • With knowledge in FDA submissions, technical know-how, from start to completed document
  • Background in food audits, compliance reporting, and documentation
  • Familiarity with control parameters.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
