Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).

Content Creation:

Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging marketing materials such as brochures, emails, social media posts, and website content.

Market Research:

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

Digital Marketing:

Manage online presence through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.

Brand Management:

Ensure brand consistency in all marketing efforts and communications.

Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and report on ROI and key performance metrics.

Partnership Development:

Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.

Event Management:

Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach
  • BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
