Job Description

As an Accountant - CPA, you will manage customer credit applications, allocate payments, reconcile balance sheets, and support month-end requirements. You will also contribute to profit share calculations, GST reconciliations, and key financial reporting essential to smooth operational performance.

The Qualifications We Seek

• CPA certification is required
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and general accounting functions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently while identifying and resolving process delays or escalating when necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (at least intermediate level)
• Experience using accounting software
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas

Your Daily Tasks

• Process customer credit applications
• Allocate customer payments and credit notes
• Provide backup support to the Credit Manager during absences and peak periods
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with profit share calculations, P&Ls, GST reconciliations, and other assigned tasks
