- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM), Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience (recruitment, training, employee engagement and performance management).
- With ability to conduct trainings and arrange company events.
- Preferably with demonstrated ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), skill matrix and formulation of training plan.
- Proactive and with positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in HRIS is advantage.
- Experience as HR Generalist in manufacturing setup is an advantage.
