
HR and Admin Manager

General HR:
· Oversee day to day concern of employees and his department
· Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting employees' welfare and compliance to standard labor laws by overseeing the maintenance, communication, and assessment of records required by law; Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs and identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves problems.
· Oversees and manages the work of reporting Human Resources team and encourages their ongoing development.
· Oversees and manages the work of reporting Human Resources and Admin team and encourages their ongoing development.
· Oversees monitoring of compliance with human resource and administrative policies / code of conduct and food safety policy.
· Develops and administers programs, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
· Keeps the EXECOM and the management team informed of significant problems that jeopardize the achievement of company goals, and those that are not being addressed adequately at the line management level.
· Ensuring that person/s working under our control are competent on the basis of appropriate education, training or experience and their roles are clearly explained.
· Lead the development of unit goals, objectives and systems. Provides leadership for Human Resources (strategic) planning.
· Assist Department heads in implementing administrative/HR policies and program.
Performance Management:
· Manages and direct the periodic review of employee's performance for purpose of regularization, promotion and other personnel movements. Ensure timely release of performance review.
· Initiates and oversee in the review of the KPI/KRA for each role in the organization
Talent Acquisition:
· Manages the processing of job openings for the company, evaluation of duties and responsibilities attached to the job and determination of specific requirements/qualifications of prospective employees.
· Ensure the maintenance of updated 201 File of employees
· Ensure the on-boarding and off-boarding program is timely implemented and tracked
· Oversee the timely hiring and deployment of needed manpower and controls the plantilla
Learning and Development:
· Taking actions in evaluating the effectiveness of the trainings pertaining to the Quality, Food Safety, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety.
· Determining the necessary competence of person(s) that affects the Quality, Food Safety, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety.
· Prepares the Annual Training Plan and ensures that all planned training is done within the year
· Facilitate in measuring the training effectiveness
Employee Relation:
· Conducts counseling and assists individual employees in solving problems which affect their general morale and efficiency likewise recommends appropriate solutions and actions to promote sound employee management relations.
· Carry-out the CORE Values of the Company
· Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee
Compensation and Benefits:
· Manages and oversee timekeeping processing
· Oversees employees applying for loans and other benefits.
· Utilizes the HRIS system to empower employees and meet the other needs of the organization.
· Oversee proper implementation and monitoring of existing employee benefits. Recommends changes or improvements of other employee benefits/incentives aimed at employee satisfaction and retention.
· Prepares and propose budget for Company events and engagements
· Prepares the company wage and salary structure and alignment
Administration:
· Oversee the activity of the Health and Safety Team (Health Safety Environment and OHS Nurse)
· Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace while monitors in the maintenance and observance of maximum-security set by the company.
· Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal government reporting requirements including any related to Department of Labor, Social Security Systems, Philippine Health Care, Pag-IBIG Funds and other concern government agencies. Maintains minimal company exposure to lawsuits.
· Collaborating with the Security Agency to determine security needs
· Monitors and ensure that the security personnel are performing asset protection of the company, from the people and the staff to prevent security issues.
· Monitors the activity of the IT personnel and ensures that all the support needed to each user are addressed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
