Location: Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Note: No shuttle service provided.

Job Overview

We are urgently hiring an Admin Staff to support our daily operations. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, payroll, document processing, and provide overall assistance to ensure smooth office operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as encoding, filing, and scheduling.
  • Handle weekly payroll, PCV, and CV issuance.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) and other documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support management with various administrative requirements.
  • Assist in internal and external communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • With or without prior experience in administrative work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
  • Willing to work on-site in Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna.
