About the Role

The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations both at the head office and project sites. This role ensures smooth workflow, proper coordination, and effective supervision of staff, installers, and painters to meet project standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage staff, installers, and painters to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor end-to-end tasks of all assigned personnel.
  • Handle site concerns and provide quick resolutions.
  • Oversee installation activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate between head office and site teams to align schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in site supervision, preferably in construction, modular, or fit-out projects.
  • Strong leadership and people-handling skills.
  • Knowledgeable in monitoring and coordinating end-to-end staff tasks.
  • Flexible to work on shifting schedules (7:00 AM–4:00 PM / 6:00 PM–12:00 MN).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle site concerns proactively.
