What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and clients with professionalism and empathy
  • Listening attentively to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Providing accurate information, solutions, and resolutions in a timely manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams as needed
  • Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English
  • Familiarity with call centre software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A positive, friendly, and patient demeanour even in high-pressure situations
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred but not essential
